At Vibe California, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve crafted a comprehensive return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Face masks and other sealed hygiene products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please note:
    • Return labels are free for exchanges
    • A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for return labels on standard returns
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. If not, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope.
  4. Attach the return label to your package.
  5. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the label provided).

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive and process your return. Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at an additional cost.
  • Store credit is available if you prefer an alternative to a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Lost Packages

Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or process a replacement order.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged a reshipment fee. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for international returns to be processed once received at our facility.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with the craftsmanship of your Vibe California item within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for a repair or replacement. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
